Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subscription Fee for the chosen Elite Muslim Rishtey Package
You will appreciate that to service your profile lot of time and energy of the RM is spend in assisting you in searching the profiles as per the partner preference set by you, etc. As such payments made to Match Makers Matrimony by way of registration / membership / renewal fee is /are treated as non-refundable. Payment once made cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided by the Company.
Termination
A. The Elite Muslim Rishtey membership may be terminated by Elite Muslim Rishtey you without assigning any reasons by serving 7 days written notice on the other, all amount paid till date by you shall be forfeited.
- Upon termination / suspension of Elite Muslim Rishtey membership, your right to use or access the Elite Muslim Rishtey website / Elite Muslim Rishtey service will cease immediately. All provisions of this terms and conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. Termination of your access to and use of the Elite Muslim Rishtey Services shall not relieve you of any obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination.
Refund of fee
The MEMBERSHIP FEES IS NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
Your membership in the Elite Muslim Rishtey service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
